You have just returned home late from work. You find a notification card in your mail box. It states that you have a registered letter which can be picked up at the address and time given. When you arrive there, you are surprised to find that it is only a neighbourhood pharmacy.
A: Is there something I can do for you?
B: Yes, I received this card today telling me to pick up my registered letter here. Is this a post office?
A: No, we're not your regular postal station as you can see, but we do offer basic postal services after working hours. Would you please give me your notification card?
B: Yes, here it is.
A: Do you have any identification with you ? Preferably a driver's licence?
B: Yes, let me show you my driver's licence.
A: That's fine. Will you please sign here beside your name? You can have your letter now.
