Need may be used in a special way in questions and negative sentences. Study how the verb is used in the following sentences:
      (Need在問題和否定式句子裏有個特別的用法，留意這個動詞在以下句子裏的語法。)
      Need he come? (他需要來嗎？)
      He needn't come. (他不需要來。)
      Note: need not is often shortened to needn't
      (註：need not通常寫成 needn't。)
      There are several things to learn from the above examples. First, need is followed by an infinitive without to, e.g. You needn't worry. Second, there is no s after need, even though the subject is in the third person singular, e.g. He need not stay. Third, need is normally used in this way in questions or negative sentences.
      (從以上例句可看到數點：第一，在need之後要用其原形詞式，例如You needn't worry：第二，縱使主詞是第三單身單數，need之後也不需要加s，例如He need not stay：第三，need此種用法通常在問句及否定式句子見到。)
      The sentences Need he come? and He needn't come can be re-written as follows: (Need he come?及He needn't come，這兩句也可以改寫如下：)
      Does he need to come?
      He doesn't need to come.
      The important thing is not to mix up these to ways of using need.
      (最重要是不要將need這兩種用法混淆。)
      Although need is a common word and looks easy to use, it is often misused. Can you correct the following sentence?
