You have arrived in Edmonton, where you will be spending a couple of nights. You ask a cab driver to take you to a good hotel in the city centre. When you get to the hotel, you go to the reception desk in the lobby, where you speak to a clerk.
A: Hello, I'd like to check into your hotel for two nights. What are your rates?
B: Our rates for rooms range from $75 to $250 per night. Do you want a suite, sir?
A: No, just a nice room will do.
B: Do you want twin beds or a double-size bed?
A: double bed, please.
B: Very well. Would you please fill out this registration form?
A: Sure.
(You fill out the form and return it to the clerk.)
B: Thanks. Here's your key. The bell boy will help you with your bags.
A: Please give me a wake-up call at 7 a.m.
B: We'll do that. Have a nice evening.
