You follow the other passengers to the baggage claims area. There you wait for your luggage. Many suitcases, boxes and packages tumble out onto the carrousel. People scramble to pull their baggage from the revolving platform.You wait and wait, but your luggage does not appear. Soon everyone leaves and the carrousel shuts down. You know you are in trouble. You immediately rush over to the information desk to seek help.
A: My luggage has not arrived.
B: I'm sorry to hear that. What flight did you come in on?
A: I came in on Azure Airlines flight 800 from Hong Kong at 8:05 this morning.
B: How many pieces of luggage did you have?
A: Three pieces.
B: Do you have your luggage claim checks with you?
A: Yes, here they are.
B: That's fine. Please give me your name, address and phone number. We'll call you just as soon as we find your luggage.
A: Thank you. May I also have your name and phone number so that I can call you if I don't hear from your office before tomorrow?
B: Certainly, here is my card. Sorry you've had so much trouble.

      你跟著其他乘客到行李待領處等候拿取你的行李。有很多行李箱、箱子和包裹滾落到行李輸送帶上。人們匆忙地去把行李自輸送帶上拿下來。你一直在等，但仍不見你的行李出現。沒多久，所有人都離去，而輸送帶也停了。你知道你遇上麻煩了，便立即跑往詢問處求助。

      甲：我的行李仍未到呀。
      乙：那真不幸了！你乘哪班機到來的呢？
      甲：我今早八點零五分自香港乘雅順航空公司800班機到達。
      乙：你有多少件行李呢？
      甲：三件。
      乙：你有沒有領取行李的標籤在身呢？
      甲：有，就有這裏。
      乙：很好，請給我你的姓名、地址和電話號碼。我們一找到你的行李便會立即打電話給你。
      甲：謝謝。請你也給我你的姓名和電話號碼，好嗎？那麼如果我明天仍未接到你公司的電話，我可以找你。
      乙：好的，這是我的名片。抱歉令你有這麼多麻煩。
