Your Canadian friends, Mr and Mrs Campbell, take you to a very nice restaurant for dinner. When you enter the restaurant, you see a sign that says "Please wait to be seated". You stand and wait patiently. Soon a waitress comes over to greet you. Mr Campbell tells her that he has made a reservation for three. The waitress shows you to your table and gives you each a menu. After a while she returns to take your orders.
      A: Would you like to order now?
      B: Yes, my wife would like to have the roast duck dinner with salad and dessert. My friend from Indonesia would like to try your Alberta steak, and I'll have the baked salmon special.
      A: How would you like your steak, sir?
      B: Medium rare, please.
      A: What kind of salad dressing would you like - oil with vinegar, Italian, Thousand Island, or our house dressing?
      B: We'll all take Italian dressing.
      A: Do you want anything to drink?
      B: Yes, let's have a bottle of your house wine. Would you also bring us some ice water?
      A: Certainly. I'll be right back.
