negotiate the purchasing price and sale of goods and services to others.
Market.CCUE.com provides the service for the above
transactions to take place and is not involved in any transaction
between buyers and sellers that use our website and does NOT handle any
goods physically.
You agree that Market.CCUE.com has no liability for any misrepresentation, incomplete statement by
any user, or for any claims arising from a transaction initiated
through the website.  You must use your own discretion to decide the
truthfulness of any buyer or seller you wish to conduct business with.

General
These terms and the other policies posted on Market.CCUE.com constitute the entire agreement between Market.CCUE.com and you, superseding any prior agreements. This agreement is governed
by the laws of Canada. If we don’t enforce any particular provision, we
are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any
of these terms, the remaining terms will survive. We may automatically
assign this agreement in our sole discretion in accordance with the

Except for notices relating to illegal or infringing
